The last Long Lake Gold Remediation Update was August 25, 2017

****************************************************************************************

A public meeting was held on September 13, 2017 to update local residents on the remediation work schedule to start at Long Lake Gold in early 2018 (Questions and Answers from the Meeting are attached).

There was significant concern raised at the meeting in regard to increased truck traffic along Long Lake, Tilton Lake and Wavy Trail Roads due to the aggregate requirements of the remediation project. As a result of these concerns, as well as additional requirements to complete our Environmental Assessment process, the project has been delayed while these issues are being resolved.
